Be sure to plug it in and let it run for a while. Sounds pretty cheap. And next year it won’t get reception without being hooked up to cable.

yes! Definitely! I buy stuff from the salvation army store for the kids rooms- furniture like bed frames- entertainment centers, etc its good because if they beat on it i don’t mind so much kids are tough on furniture too-

Probably a great deal. Even if it goes out after a little while, you haven’t lost much. Go for the goodwill version and save some cash!

yes that is a good deal… I too go to various thrift shops, Goodwill is/has been a little high… not like days gone by, but twenty bucks seem fine… especially if it is a color tv.

Good deal and at Goodwill if they say it works and it doesn’t you can return it and get your money back!

Make sure there’s a cable input in the back like on your other TVs. Check to make sure that you get all the channels. Many of the older ones will stop before they’ve gotten to all of the channels. It would be a plus if there’s a remote. I don’t know Goodwill’s return policy, but purchases might be “as is.” Perhaps you can ask them if you can take them home and bring them right back if there’s a problem. Also, if your kids play video games it would be nice if there were input jacks in the front. Otherwise, any functioning TV for $20 is a good price.
