How do you change a filter on a panasonic tv ?

    I have never seen a T V that had a filter.

    You are refering to the COMB FILTER which is a number of chip sets located on the “Ballast C.B.A. NR board” that give the picture it’s clarity and resolution. Due to the complexity of repairing these rear projection LCD TVs, That part cannot be replace by itself, since the problem is with the comb filter, the C.B.A. NR (noise reduction) board it’s a essential part of the chassis, it might need to have the Fresnel Lens, and LCD Drive C.B.A. replace aswell and the price is not worth it.
