old panasonic VHS camera from the early 90’s, is it just obsolete junk, does it have any value?

model AF X8 CCD. it’s one of those big kind, like you almost have to rest it on your shoulder to use it.

I’d call it a dinosaur except a real dinosaur is more valuable. I have a beautiful VHS camera & portable recorder that I paid over $2000 for which MIGHT fetch me $20 on e-bay…
It’s hardly worth the trouble of trying to sell. The same goes for my Olympus OM-1 35mm camera equipment. Thousands of dollars worth of equipment has been replaced with a $200 digital Point & Shoot.
